Penn is particularly poor on offense, with an adjusted offensive efficiency rank of 292 out of 347 division one teams. This is an absolutely dismal basketball team, whose only wins are against Maryland-Baltimore County and Binghamton, the 318th and 342nd ranked teams in the KenPom rankings, respectively.
This is one of the worst teams Penn teams in history. Even this incredibly flawed Villanova team should throttle them. If they don't, it's time to start following track.
